I'm new to jewelry making and this product seemed the best of the lot. It was very well described and the variety of sizes seemed perfect. When it arrived it was perfect, the quality is really good and we'll see how it goes once I start making. I was also touched that the package come with a pliers maintenance care card, it really is the small things like this that make a difference. On the reverse there's contact details and all the info you need. Such after care and customer after thought is rare and done so professionally. I can't wait to try them out and I think I'll order once more.
