Great Product - Worked Perfectly
I rarely write product reviews but this thing was so easy to use and worked so well for cleaning my 10 foot dryer vent that I decided to give it a rating. The shop vac attachment worked well and kept everything nice and clean instead of flocking my yard with lint or shooting it back inside. The snap together rods in this kit are better than the screw on ones in other kits that can come undone inside the vent line if you hit reverse on your drill. The push buttons to separate the rods require a little tool to push them in enough to separate them for removal. A tool is provided in the kit but I found a small Allen key to be easier to use. The only way this kit could be better is if it was made in the USA instead of China.

Excellent Product with a glaring deficiency
This kit did a fantastic job cleaning a corrugated 8' dryer vent hose which has several sharp bends. It had many years of accumulated lint stuck inside the undulations in the walls of the vent. This kit returned the vent to an as new condition, thoroughly cleaning the vent without any mishaps or unexpected delays. I particularly like the construction and effectiveness of the bristle brush to scrub the lint out of the vent and reach within the corrugations of the vent. I also appreciate the snap together sections which are easy to connect without fear of separating within the vent. Many similar products just thread together which means that if a drill is accidently run in reverse the sections could unthread and become lost inside a long vent which would make retrieval difficult if not impossible. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is that the plastic suction cap has a hole which is much too large for it's intended purpose. My shop vac hose is a standard 1.5" diameter and the hole in the suction cap is way too large to be usable. If I had known this I would have just purchased the much cheaper similar kit with just the brush head and rods for half the price. The rotating brush moved back and forth will pull the lint out of the vent without using a vacuum as I thought it would need. So basically I paid double for an accessory that was too large to use with my shop vacuum. Additionally, Eastman's pamphlet that accompanies the product has no website, or contact information. I received everything pictured in the ads, yet the Amazon website says there are adapters to make the vacuum hole smaller to work with 1.5" or 1.25" vacuum hoses. Mine did not have these adapters. A call to Amazon support to get these parts determined that Amazon has no contact information for Eastman either. There is no website or customer support for this product from Eastman.

Highly recommend
This product is excellent. It is easy to use. Comes with many more usefull parts than the same price one at the big box store.

Great
I like that these slide/clip together. They are a bit tough to push the button, so I use a little tool so I don’t break my nails. So much better than the ones that screw together (you hear horror stories about people accidentally putting driver in reverse). They have the perfect amount of flexibility, not too much so they can’t be maneuvered.

Clean those dryer vents!!
Fiberglass shafts are very flexible and work well with the solid ball bearing connections, I taped mine at the connections for peace of mind.Brush removed a lot of lint which was easily vacuumed up. Couldn’t believe how much lint was in the vent and I’m sure that it had never been cleaned before.Would definitely buy again!

Not quite as handy as I'd hoped, Probably should consider the cheaper ones.
I spent the extra coin on this particular set for 2 main reasons:1. It had the quick-snap rods tather then using threads to connect the pieces. I had a fear of running the drill in the reverse, thereby unscrewing a rod and getting them stuck deep in the ductwork.2. The vacuum attachment that was meant to sit on the duct opening seemed like a great way to prevent a messIt failed on both counts.First, the quick snap rods are anything but quick. They are fine right out of the box when you dry assemble it, 'just to be sure'. However, for some reason, once you start attaching them piece by piece and rotating them thru the ductwork, that snap piece becomes stuck in place. I don't know if it's because of the torque on the rod or that it's slightly bent as you are attempting to add the next piece (based on your angle to your duct and it being attached to the drill) but it becomes almost impossible to unattach the rod connected to the drill so that you can add another section. They provide a little metal allen wrench looking thing with a point on it, which I assumed was to help push the button, but it's only mildly helpful. I found that you have to straighten the rod (by holding the drill at just such an angle), then remove some of the torque by rotating the drill and only then would the snap button be freed enough to detach from the drill and add another piece. Repeat this 8-10 times depending on the length of duct and it gets frustrating. I would've been better off with threaded attachments and duct tape to prevent unscrewing it.Second, the vacuum attachment that is supposed to sit on the duct did not fit my duct -- it was too small but just a hair -- i.e. it was essentially the same size as the duct rather then being slightly smaller or slightly larger, either of which would have worked. Thus, it was dangling off the rods while I was spinning the brushes thru and only when I held it with my other hand in place would it provide any kind of seal that would allow the detached lint to be sucked into my shop vac. Sure, I probably could've cut or bent the duct slightly to allow it to sit just inside or just outside but then I would've been fighting with re-attaching the duct from the dryer. I didn't want to add to my misery. So, imagine holding this plastic thing just right on top of the duct with my left hand while I worked the drill and rods a few feet away with the right hand, working at an angle to the duct. I was sweating like a butcher and swearing like a sailor to accomplish a simple duct cleaning. In the end, it served it's purpose and cleans the dryer ducts just fine. Which would've been Ok if this kit had cost pretty much the same as others like it. But I paid a premium for this one and it probably caused a lot more frustration then a much cheaper kit. Especially since this only had 12 feet of rods so I had to buy the extra extension rods that match this style just to get a couple extra feet to the end of the duct.

Worked OK
This cleaning system worked decent for the money. One of the plastic rods came undone from the metal connector and it ALMOST got stuck in my dryer vent. I have the dryer vent that goes up and through the attic and out the roof om my house. So I needed ALL of the rods connected together to reach the end of the vent pipe. With one broken off, the others were too short to reach but I was able to get most of the vent cleaned out. Hard to believe how much stuff I got out of the vent. Shop vac connection works very well. Had to use duct tape to seal it to the vent pipe so it would work properly.

Easy to use and it works!
This product did as advertised. We hadn’t done our dryer vent in a very long time. This helped clean out the lint easily and removed so much. My dryer now works so much better. 1 cycle dries my clothes now vs 2 or 3 even sometimes. Well worth it!

Perfect
If you can use it, buy this one!! Other listings had comments of rods breaking...this one won't and I accidentally twisted 5' onto itself. It totally should have snapped, but didn't...these rods are perfect. Great ball connection too, doesn't let go.For my birds nest, I used an extendable marshmallow stick :) to pull debris out. Then this kits debris buster to grab and pull debris back to the marshmallow stick. After clearing sticks/etc moved on to the brush.Using the brush for lint removal should start small (1-3 rods) and very slowly use a drill to loosen things up. DO NOT GO FAST OR CONTINUOUS DRILL SPIN. Go slow and have the dryer empty blowing cool air. Add rod 1 at a time and repeat. You will likely feel resistance getting the brush in deeper...don't push....spin the clog gently and pull everything out. You'll get the brush clogging up. I pulled out and went back in 4 times.Attached picture is from the 3rd time adding rods/cleaning. This thing is amazing and I'll be doing my neighbors next!

Worth the Dollars
The media could not be loaded. This thing works like a charm. The rods are sturdy yet flexible enough to navigate 90° turns. The bristles of the brush are firm and can dislodge dust and lint very easily. Would have been great if it came with 8 instead of 6 extension rods. I could only get to 3/4th of the duct length from inside the house and had to do the remaining from outside. The video shows the second pass and the first pass took out a chunk of disgusting material. Pics attached.

My dryer works better now
This was easy to set up and use, and pulled a ton of lint out of my dryer duct. I was worried around the short length of flex hose we have, but it wasn't any problem at all.My dryer works better now.
