Tricky adjustment and it loses zero on a 9mm Glock...
Update 3/12/2018I decided to give this another try and I mounted it on my SR-22 rifle. It fits tight on the rail of the 22 rifle and it holds zero so I changed my rating to 3 stars. It is just not made for anything with more recoil than the 22 rifle. I am just happy that I found a use for it.Update 10/4/2016Today I had the chance to take this to the range and when I got there was spot on aligned with a bore sight which also had the effect of aligning this laser at 10 yards with the Glock 17 factory sights. After 15 shots, this laser moved about 1 inch to the right. Consider that 1 inch off the target is actually 10 MOA which would be like moving your sights by 10 clicks. I do not know if I got one that was defective or if others have used it with other pistols/rifles and it worked for them but this laser is useless. IMHO it should have tighter adjustment screws that click when turned so they stay where you left them when you fire the weapon.Original review:I Just received this item and it has a strong laser. My problem is that it seems to be defective because a small second dot appears that is annoying. Also the adjustment is a pain because every time you adjust up or down, the left and right moves too and vice versa so it takes a lot of patience to adjust it.However it does fit tight and like a glove on the rail of a Glock.

It's OK...
I know it doesn't help much to say something is "OK", but that pretty much covers this sight, in my opinion. The mount is cheap and I can't believe it will take much of a beating on an AR platform, but we'll see. The light itself is quite bright and crisp. But sighting it in is a chore. First you have to unscrew the end-cap to get to the alignment screws. They are both right there on the front end, alongside the laser itself. What that means is, if you have normal male-sized hands and fingers, you will be blocking the light output while trying to adjust the screws. So you have to turn a little, check it, turn a little more, oops... too much, back up... rather than being able to zero in quickly and continuously turn the screws. On mine, the windage screw, which I assumed was the one labeled with the "R" for right, and the elevation screw, similarly labeled "U" for up, actually performed the reverse function. Turning the "R" adjusted the elevation while turning the "U" adjusted windage. For what this one cost, I simply can't recommend it. Sorry.

It's O.K.
For the price it is a good laser however honing in the sight is difficult due to the way it is designed to adjust. It is not set up like a traditional scope. One screw for up and down and one screw for left to right. Therefore adjusting the laser is difficult to get right on. I messed with mine for hours and still cannot get it centered. I placed mine on my shotgun so it probably doesn't have to be perfect but I want the laser to point very close to the intended spot. Also, the laser cover on the front appears to come loose with the use on my shotgun but I just may not have tightened it all the way. I will find out the next time I go target practicing. I will say Ozark's customer service was very good. It appears the one I purchased from Amazon was used and it didn't work when I received it. Ozark replaced my laser with no questions asked. You usually don't get that kind of service. Received the new laser within days. So I'm grateful for that.

Pretty good green laser sight.
Got it for a Christmas gift for a co-worker.It fit and looked great on a Glock 19. It fit fine but didn't look as great on other pistols . A little hard to adjust, I think the screw adjustment directions were reversed. Eventually I got it sighted in. Very bright, shining it at a white door in the dark at night made the hallway glow green. Never shot with it, not the highest of quality, but for $30 totally great for plinking. He put it on his Umarex .22lr Uzi pistol. I haven't seen it, but he said it was tight to fit on, but screwing it down locked it in. He seems to really enjoy it.

Good Laser, Good Company
Purchased this for my RIA 1911 A1 (5" barrel) with Recover Tactical's grip with rail setup. Very easy to install and operate. Laser is nice and bright. Only thing I have against it is the zeroing isn't the easiest thing in the world as the two adjusters don't have set up/down left/right movement. You just have to blindly move them both until you get it set where you want. Don't have too many rounds through the pistol with this setup so I can't speak to long term durability but it feels solid and well built.Shipping was super fast. I'll definitely consider Ozark Armament for my future needs.

Even though.
I have a Ruger American Pro hand gun. It has the standard 1913 Picatinny Rail. This laser would not seat against the trigger guard. I have larger hands so I was still able to reach the on/off switch. The laser also because of the inability to properly seat all the way back was able to wobble a bit on the rail causing a large amount of inaccuracy in the laser. This is solely on my gun. The laser however was very easy to zero. I was very pleased with how bright the laser was. Even in broad daylight I could see the dot well over 50 yards away. The trick is making sure it fits your rails. Even though it didn’t fit my gun it would still say it was a very good design. I informed Ozark of my issues and they were right on it. The customer support alone makes this a worthwhile product to try.

Great sight
Very bright, i can see the dot a block away on houses easily. The adjustment is a little odd and there is s learning curve because theres not separate windage elevation. There's 2 adjustments but they work in tandem. Best way to describe is one is down and to the left the other up and to the right. Once you figure it out. Its easy. The mounting screw will come loose so do yourself a favor and lock tight it before you sight it. I figured out how the adjustments worked by looking through the open sight seeing were the beam was snd turning the wrench to see which way the dot moves, until it was very close to were id aim with the open sight. Then started using rounds. 18 shots later great grouping. The pic is 9 shots.
