Threads on hot side had burrs
Ended up working fine but the threads on the hot side had a few burrs on them and was very hard to install fitting. Almost had to scrap it and buy a new one but managed to make it work. Spend a few bucks more

Can't install
I buy a lot of "used like new" from Amazon. Always a great deal... this sale was not.... missing major parts making it useless... I don't want to return it I just want the missing parts. Emailed Speakman hopefully they will come thru.... Im still a happy customer....!!

Very high quality.
The quality of this unit is equal to faucets costing four times as much. It's beautifully made and it's clear that it's going to last.

Didn't last a year before it broke
We had this faucet less than 1 year before the cold knob was striped and would not turn on.

Good replacement
Perfect replacement for 25 year old spigot that was spewing water out on the floor.

faucet is stationary will not turn to get it out of the way. All in all it's ok.

Rare
It is rare that you get more than expected on a internet order. This faucet came with all you need to come from inside the wall at the rough in fittings. All was polished brass and beautiful. I was expecting to get the basic faucet and was ready to hit the hardware store, not so was done in about 10 minutes not counting getting my tools. Rarely make a review but had to on this one!

Service basin faucet
I had to replace a faucet that had cracked after 6 years of use. Not the customers fault, a crack in the casting. Although brands were different this unit fit perfectly on the 8" centers and functions exactly as expected. The ceramic cartridges worked smoothly and no flaws could be found. When I need another I won't hesitate to buy from here again. Thank you.
