Q: Does this have a metal roller?

no, it rolls on like lip gloss, it is very moisturizing. I love it. I have very dry lips and skin. I have this in my purse, my car, by the TV and by my dining table.

Q: Where exactly is the expiration date?

I have never worried about the expiration date as I use this product often, especially at bedtime to keep my lips from getting dry. I keep an extra one in a drawer and the product is always great whenever I open that one.

Q: Are the tubes individually packaged?

Yes they are. Just like if you bought individual packages in the store.

Q: Blistek recently changed the formula. Can you tell me if this 4-pack is the old formula with oxybenzone or the new formula with octisalate? Thank you
