We have been buying this pasta for years-not just the spaghetti but also spirals, fettuccini,etc. There is a quick cook option where you add the pasta to boiling water, cook for 2 min, turn off heat and let rest for 18 min(if I remember correctly), then drain. This works great, pasta remains firm, never soft or mushy. Flavor is most like regular pasta of any gluten free pastas I've tried. Pricey at around $4/box but worth it.

This is my favorite gluten-free brand of pasta. It is firm and taste is great. I like mine al dente and undercook about one minute. It is less pricey than most gluten-free pasta I have found. As you see, I buy in bulk.

Tinkyada has the best quality gluten free spaghetti I've tried in the last decade. So good. HOWEVER, nearly impossible to find anymore at the grocery stores in Mississippi and Louisiana so I am now having to order in bulk off Amazon.

Finding tasty gluten free food is such a challenge. Especially pasta! This tastes just like regular spaghetti noodles! My whole family is satisfied with these. I can’t wait to try the lasagna noodles!
