The book shows a nice variety of light to medium brown tones, so it's inclusive for light - skinned babies/kids, but it does not include dark and very dark skin tones, which excludes a large group of people.

I love that the book is a nice way to get your little ones engaged. My toddler enjoys it and will literally have us going through it multiple times before he decides to move on to another book lol (he's going on 3 years old)The book goes from numbers 1-10 and includes shapes like octagon, heptagon, and nonagons (which even threw me off at first because I wasn't taught about a nine-sided shape so we both learned something new! 4 stars only because it does leave much to be desired (once you get into the book and engaged, you already made it through 10 and that's it). I wish there was a continuation of this book with numbers 11-20 and beyond. I'd buy them all but this is definitely a fun buy for the kiddo.

I really liked this book. I remember seeing it as a cartoon when I was younger. I bought it as a gift, and it was great to have an item where the characters looked like the child I was purchasing the gift for.

I had to bring back a little bit of my own history by purchasing this book for my daughters. They love this book and I find them trying to imitate the poses. The best thing is that they identify because the characters look like them!

My son had a baby crush on Nandi! He would blush and cry just looking at her big brown beautifully illustrated face. Bought this for his baby. They are not exactly the same if memory serves correct but I jumped at the chance to introduce these to characters to his little one as they brought us so much joy!

Nice simple work for those just starting to read.
