o produto é de qualidade. Na verdade a compra foi do mono mas chegou o stereo, o que eu não gostei muito porque queria estar com o outro ouvido livre para escutar o que acontece no ambiente ao redor de mim

Works with my iPhone X
I specifically use this headset with my iPhone. It came with USB but USB is detachable. What I did was I went to buy apple's dongle(?) made by Apple, connected the dongle and lightning cable into my iPhone. So in a true sense, I do not use the volume control provided by this headset, I don't think it has a volume control. I only use my iPhone's volume. Main thing for me is this is compatible with app required with my work which also requires me to use my cell phone.
