Absolutely love this book, as a woman of age I found great confidence in the way I dressed from these incredibly ladies! Thanks!

This book is great fun to peruse again and again. It's inspiring to encourage personal style at any age -- just my thing as at 78 I sport a hot pink, black and silver Mohawk! But this book encourages me to personally keep inquiring as to what types of style are "ME" in my current incarnation.

I have the first book also. Absolutely love them both! The main thing is that I have been missing people like this and here they are! These are just like the women (and men) I grew up around! Self-sufficient, very smart, elegant, lovely personality, well traveled. And yes, eccentric. I wouldn't say I'd dress the way several of them do but I would be friends with all of them! We need more people like this! Especially nowadays. What "joie de vivre"! I was ecstatic when at some point (on the DVD Advanced Style) Miss Ilona said:-I came into my own about ten, thirteen years ago". This is a lady who was 93 years old when she said that!! PLEASE, do yourself a favor and get this book, get the DVD and get the first book! They are all available here at Amazon. Just looking at the books will put a smile on your face! Give as gifts!

This book is full of wonderful photos of interesting people as was the first book. I do really like the little essays by some of the subjects. It's also nice to have some men included this time. One can't help but be inspired by the creativity and optimism. Their style is truly a gift to all who see them.

This author and photographer has wisely chosen a little-known aspect of our society, Older, Wiser, and Very Stylish Women. Actually, one of them is a friend of mine who lives her Ageist Activism every day. I won't tell you which page she is on, but I plan on getting her autograph on it. You will enjoy to audacity, style, and chutzpah of these ladies and some of their men.

I appreciate Ari's creativity and his willingness to allow his participants to express their inner selves. This book did not exceed my expectations though. The first book " Advanced Style" was wonderful and the clothes and jewelry were exceptional ....But who am I, the individuals in your books are expressing who they are by their own standards and on their own terms. For that, I am grateful for their courage not to allow others opinions matter or to stop them. That endorses and validates me to be creative and to do my own thing.......... Thank you Ari........I am anxiously awaiting your next creative work on age and fashion....

Fabulous book. So much fun. I love the different styles and looks. It's wonderful because so often older women are invisible. They are ignored and overlooked. This shows just how gorgeous and daring they truly are.

Ce livre est une inspiration pour les deux sexes. Un "must have" pour tout ceux qui aiment profiter de la vie. Les photographies sont si jolies - pourquoi diable s'habiller triste, meme si on est dans une chaise roulante? Pourquoi? J'ai particulièrement aimé le fait que c'est écrit par un jeune homme qui aime les femmes. Ce livre (ainsi que son premier livre) est un vrai cadeau à garder dans son Coeur, à côté de sa garderobe/machine à tricoter/carnet de dessin. J'espère qu'il en écrit d'autres. Du vrai "candy" pour les yeux. Bravo Ari Seth Cohen.
