Started the fenugreek in early January. Had Total T measured in early March -- about 8 weeks. Total T up over 10% from Total T measured 2 years ago. Current age: 72.5yrs. (age in which Total T starts to decrease at a higher rate)Another piece of info, for the past few years did about 55 pushups each morning, was my limit as the last one was at point of could not do another.
