Ohana 7-Piece Outdoor Wicker Patio Furniture Sectional Conversation Set with Weather Resistant Cushions, Sunbrella Bay Brown (PN0704SB)

My patio set arrived this morning. A 220 lb. pallet of stuff.It appears to be pretty much what I expected with a few minor issues and one disappointment.The fabric on the cushions is synthetic and feels like it belongs on outdoor furniture, but not at all plasticky feeling. All the cushions have zippered covers, so can be removed for replacement or more extensive cleaning. The 'wicker' is plastic, which I actually prefer so it will hold up better. It, too, does not seem at all plasticky.Comfort is also about what I expected. Not bad at all.Now for the disappointment, for which I only subtracted one star, and I'm unsure how Amazon or the manufacturer will handle it. One of the armless chairs doesn't line up. Not a big deal sitting in it, but it just looks wrong. One of the boxes was crushed some, but I don't think that's what caused it. It appears to be from lack of quality control. (See pictures for the problem).And although delivery is usually not part of a product review, it is definitely part of this purchase. When ordering you are given a choice of delivery times within a few hour window. The pieces come on a single pallet in 5 or 6 boxes. So each box is easy to carry to its final location.

Update:Will not hold up in all season weather. Granted I live in Florida with the sun beating down on it daily. For hot climates, I would suggest different furniture material. Not work the price to get 2-4yrs out of it.the description from the company states "Constructed with top quality all-weather PE resin wicker hand-woven around rust-free powder coated aluminum frame, it is designed to withstand the elements..."I have had this for a while and it has NOT withstood the elements. the brown wicker seems to be plastic and has broken over 4 of the pieces. even considering the fact I'm single and for 2 years, I would store the furniture in doors out of the elements. once i decided to leave outside, did not last long at all.Also, the cushion always slide off when your sitting and relaxing. always having to readjust the cushions is a pain and hassle when guests are over enjoying the patio area.For the price, I definitely thought it would last. I wish I spend the money on other furniture that I have seen last much longer.Would not buy again...unless I kept it in a shaded area that was covered. the description write up and pictures never stated needed to be out of the elements if it supposed to withstand the elements lolI will update review with pictures later.

This was great the first year. The covers were extremely difficult to remove for washing. 2 zippers broke when trying to remove them. The fabric has multiple tears and needs to be replaced. The replacements are expensive. Due to the size and shape, I can't use replacement cushions from other companies as they don't fit.

We have had this set for 6 years and we love it. Each winter we cover it up and leave it out. We put the cushions in the shed. It’s very attractive and sturdy. Everyone loves it. You can move the pieces to reconfigure it, but it looks best together. The cushions stay relatively clean (tan) and can be wiped off with soap and water.

I went back and forth on ordering unseen furniture online.I did some investigation in brick and mortar stores to get a sense of what height of the chairs were available and what types of cushions were there. In the end I ordered this set. The seats are the perfect height for us and cushions are on the firmer side.I like them that way. I thought cushions moving around might be an issue, but they stay put. I was pleasantly surprised with size of included furniture cover. It covers the whole set, including table very nicely. We use it a lot. The furniture is under covered patio, but is exposed to a bit on one side. I got sprinkled one day and the drops just beaded up and I wiped it dry. It is hard to tell how would it do under downpour without the cover. I ordered orange, and the color is very bright orange. It works for me, but it is brighter than on the photo. The furniture is light and I was able to assemble it myself. The delivery guy was very nice, he dropped furniture off in my back yard even though it is curb side delivery. I believe it would be much easier to order item like this if companies would list in details how to return item if something was wrong. I was staring at the huge pallet in my back yard and was going, OMG what am I going to do if something is wrong with it.

The frames and resin wicker are really good but I question the fabric - it may be Sunbrella but its a low quality version. It "pilled" badly around the wear zones in the first two days and it molds if it gets wet. (which Sunbrella claims shouldn't happen)
