Manischewitz Extra Moist Coffee Cake Mix 13oz (2 Pack), Kosher for Passover, Baking Pan Included!

Have purchased this cake mix before. We find it to be the best one for the holiday. Comes complete with the pan. I usually bake 2 at a time. It's not a very big cake but the taste is great.

I truly look forward to Passover each year because it means we get to eat this cake!! It’s super easy to make and is the perfect size for two adults to eat over a few days (or one day, let’s be honest). Very fluffy and moist. My one critique is that the topping could have some binding in it because it stays pretty powdery and I have had coughing fits inhaling it if I eat too fast. But that’s a personal problem too 🤭

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Super moist and delicious. By far the BEST cake mix I have ever used. My mother actually cried because my grandmother used to make marble cake every Passover in the70s and early 80s and she was touched that I remembered, and because the cake was THAT good. I will buy this mix every year from now on. In fact, I'll buy a box now for the bridal shower I'm planning.

We love this coffee cake. It’s easy to make and moist and delicious. We love it at Passover and any time of year. The person who loves it most is my 8-year-old nephew would could eat a whole pan by himself. It’s that good!
