In the summer, I pour them into ice cube trays to make DIY frozen shakes—way better than those sugar-loaded ones from fast food joints. Bonus: I even use them when I teach a summer food science class to middle schoolers. While they’re making ice cream in a bag with sugar and cream, I whip up my own healthier version with one of these shakes. Teacher win!Taste:The flavor is honestly amazing. My favorites are Mocha Latte and Café au Lait (hello, morning vibes!), but every flavor I’ve tried is smooth and tasty—with zero chalky or chemical aftertaste. That’s more than I can say for some of the other “protein” drinks out there. You know the ones... one sip and you’re questioning you've mixed some milk chocolate with a shot of pepto and saw dust.Health:With 15g of protein and just 3–4 net carbs, these shakes are keto gold. And unlike many other protein drinks that sneak in a ton of sugar, these only have 1g—no sugar spikes or post-snack crashes. Plus, they’re loaded with healthy essentials like vitamins D, C, K, and B, along with essential minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and potassium. Basically, they’re little nutrition ninjas.Convenience:They’re incredibly easy to bring to work. The screw-on cap means I can sip at my desk without fear of spills—even with piles of paper, notebooks, and supplies around my tech. And at home, when my kamikaze puppy knocks it over or tries to turn it into a chew toy (true story... she’s fast, but the cap is strong). This is one of the better flavors for this brand. We use this as a mixer and even drink it right from the container. It has the cinnamon Chai smell and the consistency is more liquidity than other types. It has not been used as a meal replacement, rather as an added amount of protein when needed.Will buy again.

I definitely suggest drinking these cold.I like the flavor, but it does leave a strange aftertaste in my mouth. It has 100 mg of caffeine in it, so I reserve these for the morning.I hadn't been eating properly, so I decided to start drinking protein drinks, the fact that it has lots of vitamins in it AND fiber is the reason I tried it.I didn't realize it only had 15g of protein, I've been trying to focus on the 30g protein drinks, but that's still nothing to sneeze at.I like the 11g containers because they're more filling and it's a little more liquids in my body.I bought this on sale, and I wouldn't pay full price for it, but only because I don't absolutely love it. But when it's on sale again, I'll probably get another case, just for some assortment.

I ordered coffee, mocha, vanilla latte, and chai tea latte flavors, and I figured the chai tea latte had the least promise for flavor, because I am pretty picky about chai and it just seemed chai would be the hardest flavor to make, but it's the BEST out of those 4 flavors. In fact I am only going to get the chai flavor from here on out. I am super surprised at how good this flavor is. I mean it's not like "It's good for what it is", it's just *good*!! You will not be disappointed with this flavor :)

Atkins protein drinks taste great and are wonderful for replacing a meal or after working out at the gym. They give you an extra protein boost. The price was great and next day delivery. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Reasonable price. Great on the go breakfast. I do pour over ice and take with me.
