Good enough
This is my first runners log. I'm a novice runner (running 3 years) and training for my first half marathon so it's good enough for me as of right now. There's enough space for me to log my resting heart rate and weight in the comments section, in addition to other notes. There's a designated section for pace, daily mileage, weekly mileage, and time. I wish there was a view of each month before the daily log, to get an idea of what your month looks like instead of having to flip through the daily log pages.

My husband has used this log since the first edition ~ 30 years ~ and I have used it for 19 years. It is a great log for keeping track of your daily run as well as weekly, monthly and yearly mileage. It has columns to record location, distance, time, pace and comments. Also has space to put race info. It is a compact log so there is room for concise information, but is not a journal for someone who prefers to write out long, detailed "diary" type entries. Regardless of what a previous reviewer said, "serious athletes" can use this log just fine.

Great Running Log Book
This is my second one of these. I like the spiral binding so I can open it to the page I want and it stays there. Dates are already filled in and there are spaces for all pertinent info: Route, time, distance, pace, plus a comment section. Room for injuries, upcoming races, weekly, and YTD totals.A column for cadence might be a nice addition.

Simple-to-use Runners Log
This is my 2nd year using this style of log. I love it. I especially love the pace chart that tells me how fast I need to run for several different race lengths depending on when I want to finish. (Also helps me see my improvement as my pace quickens.) This is a very straight-forward runners' log; easy to use, and to reference for historical purposes. I will purchase one every year!

Simple and easy entries
I like the way the book is designed. I just need to log miles, time and pace, and a few notes. Works great for me, this is my fifth year using it.

Excellent training tool
I have been buying these running logs for a few years now and I love them!!They help me keep track of my miles and pacing and helps me chart my progress throughout the year.When I am training for races, it helps me stay on track.
