We have one of these coolers and decided to buy another. They keep food very cold and stays cold for a couple days. Great for traveling. This size is just right without being too heavy. I love the clasps to open and close much better then some other brands that I can't open with my aging hands. Great cooler.

I bought this for my husband, who drives trucks for a living and works some pretty long days. I make and freeze his tea every day and stick the next day's frozen supply in the ice chest when he gets home each night so that we don't have to pack it in the morning. I do not have to put an ice pack in if the bottles are already frozen and I don't put ice because I don't want it to drip when he takes a bottle out. I send him with about 6 bottles a day, but the ice chest could easily hold more. His drinks are still fairly cold towards the end of the day (about 24 hours after I put them in the ice chest).

Love this cooler. I have or had pretty much every brand out there and this cooler for the size(exterior dimensions) holds more ice and drinks than the other brands. A cooler this small I don’t see a point in holding ice for 10+ days so I’m ok with the fact that (in my experience) it doesn’t hold ice quite as long as my Pelican 20 or Yeti 20 but this cooler is MUCH easier to get in and out of cars and tighter spaces AND holds more inside. It’s well worth the money.

Perfect size and the gun sling style carry strap makes it a breeze to carry even when fully loaded.

We are swim team parents and have to sit in the Arizona Sun all day. This cooler kept Ice frozen and drinks cold all day with people in and out of the cooler all day during swim meets. I was very impressed with the quality.

First the good love the latches easy to open this is the lightest roto molded cooler out there at 11 lbs empty still heavy dont get me wrong. You wont want to carry far also it has the availability to carry a litre of pop standing up ice will last about 2days. i use for a work lunch box so it stays in vehicle 10 hrs a day temp over 100 deg this summer i use 3 ice packs tecni ice on bottom of cooler with 2 cooler shock ice pack 0 rated pre chill before i go to bed with other ice packs that i have. Use good ice packs and you will have good results. i put a jbl charge 3 speaker a yeti rambler coffee mug a plastic sandwich container a gatorade bottle chips snack cakes 3 ice packs a vanquest husky organizer. After all that its 25 pounds .Doesnt have a drain plug but i dont use it for ice. Final thoughts i have coolers from other top brands yeti pelican rtic igloo sportsman i chose this for weight height inside simple square design takes up less space than others and cost less. If you want this for ice retention might want to look at something different. The Canyon met my work day cooler needs fitting all my taller things in there no problems hope this helped

This cooler blows a name brand with a Y out of the water! I put frozen food in it for a 3 hour trip with ice packs and everything was still frozen. Plus I've had this cooler for several years and it's still going strong! Love it!

You can't go wrong with Canyon coolers. They beat Yeti coolers in price for performance. Tested the coolers in the desert. I was in the Grand Canyon, this past two weeks. My beers stayed chilled even when the cooler sat in the car under the sun for two days. What more do you want?
