Don't try making a chicago deep dish without this pan!
I know you can make deep dish in a cast iron pan but man this woks really well! Very durable and easy to wash. Lloyds pans are top notch.

Ribs and pizza. Pizza was amazing
Just used this tonight. I made ribs as a backup incase the pizza didn't turn out well... But it did and ribs will wait for another day. I used red lobster biscuit mix for the dough which turned out well (need 2 boxes next time) and then used provolone and mozzarella slices for first layer, then sauce and meat toppings. Added a layer of pizza dough from great value pre-made, then more sauce, more pepperoni, and then mozzarella and parmesuan cheese. Winner winner.

Brilliant pans and great for mulitple items
Not just a pizza pan, although that's where they excel. I've made baklava and focaccia in this and it's perfect. This thing is tough. The metal fries the bottom perfectly for breads and pizza. You can cut in it without hurting the pan. It doesn't stick if you use some oil or butter. Great pans. Do I need another? No. Did I buy one anyway? Yes.
