Sleek, Strong & Spot-On Fit – These Mud Flaps Are a Win!
The media could not be loaded. I recently installed these mud flaps on my Tesla Model Y and I couldn't be happier! The fit is absolutely perfect — they align seamlessly with the body lines of the vehicle and look like they came straight from the factory. The installation was quick and straightforward, and they feel solid and secure once in place. One of my biggest concerns was protecting the lower panels from rock chips and road grime, and these flaps do an excellent job keeping debris off the paint. They sit flush and do not stick out awkwardly, which keeps the sleek, sporty look of the Model Y intact.Bonus points for how durable they feel — no flimsy plastic here and it does feel intact.Highly recommend these if you care about keeping your Tesla clean and protected. Worth every penny!

Was nice while it lasted
**UPDATE March 2025**Basenor reached out to me and provided a replacement set of the mud flaps free of charge. They were very easy to work with once I was able to get ahold of them. Thank you!**Original Review**Build Quality: Seems sturdy and well manufacturedInstallation: Not too hard to figure out, but included documentation and available installation videos are lacking and outdated.Durability: Poor, after only 2 snow storms my front passenger side mud flap snapped in half and was dragging along the ground.Company: There is no way to contact them on their website and their social media is locked down to only "verified" accounts. As such, I'm forced to leave this public review.Design: I feel they fit the vehicle slightly too low to the ground.Overall: I'm disappointed that the durability isn't higher for this product. I now have 3/4 of the items attached to my 2025 model 3 and it looks quite stupid. I was hoping the company would provide me with a replacement or offer me the opportunity to purchase a single flap, but they have locked down communication and have not provided a way to contact them on their website.

Protection and style for cheap.
Easy to install. Takes about 10 mins and all tools needed is supplied. Pop off the old plastic circular clips and use the ones provided in box then secure with the metals clips. I didn’t even have to turn the front wheels but it may make it easier. The fit is perfect and they have a slight flex to prevent breaking but it’s thick enough that it should last several years granted it doesn’t hit anything.Looks great and provides a nice look as well. Looks OEM. I’m in socal so I’m not sure how well it prevents debris from hitting the side of the car. These were installed on a 2025 MYP. I had similar mud flaps that were colored matched on a 2020 M3P and those broke often as the paint cracks. These are plastic that looks like the black trim around the MYP so it matches well.

Must-have if you drive your Model Y in any sort of snow or road debris conditions
These do fit the Model Y. The item description is a bit confusing because it describes both Model 3 and Y; you just have to choose the Model Y color option.I learned the hard way that the Model Y is very susceptible to paint damage from road debris kicked up by the tires, especially on the body and molding in front of the rear wheels where the fenders bugle out. One road trip through the high desert in Oregon snow left my month-old Model Y with significant paint chips in this area.I've just installed the mud flaps and I'm quite happy. In my opinion they provide a convincing factory look that most people won't even notice. I can't speak to how they'll perform or hold up long-term yet, but I do believe especially the front ones will block a lot of debris and reduce the amount of chips I'll get on the rocker panels and rear fenders. I do plan to also add PPF (clear protective film) to the rear fender area to further reduce the chance for additional chipping here.Installation on the front flaps is super easy, no drilling or screwing is required on the Model Y. Pop two factory clips out, put the flap in place and insert two provided clips. The flap also clips to the fender molding with a built-in fastener and in a second place with a metal toothed clip. The rears are more involved and require popping two factory clips, removing a hand-tightened plastic nut inside the fender well and a 10mm bolt under the rear bumper. Position the rear flap and insert two provided clips, screw the plastic nut and 10mm bolt back on, and insert the metal toothed clip to secure to the fender molding. My only complaint is the built-in fastener that clips to the fender molding on the rear flaps does not like to stay clipped on and therefor you get a slight gap at the top of the flap (see photo). Otherwise the mud flaps fit very well and have nearly no gaps with the body. They also don't feel super durable, and I spotted a couple broken pictures in the reviews, but if they last a year or two I'll be happy and buy another set if need be.

Somewhat works, but not entirely
The mudflaps were easy enough to install, though there was no clear instructions about the clip nor the clear stickers. The clips did not go on per the installation video and you can even see in the advertisement video the front flaps with no clips installed. On top of that you can see the marks on it, which will happen when you try and fail to install the clips. I would recommend going with another product.
