Guns N' Roses - Use Your Illusion II (World Tour 1992 in Tokyo)

As I said in my part 1 review, this is a great GNR concert from what I consider to be the end of the best years of GNR. It's slightly annoying that I had to buy this in 2 separate volumes rather than a 2 disc set, but that's how they released it, so it is what it is.

This concert shows Guns & Roses perfoming at their very, very best. This was filmed back in 1992, when G & R were still in their "prime". You get an introduction, plus 10 great G & R classics, with an approximate running time of 90 minutes. Axl Rose is extremely entergentic, and performs very "aggressively" as the lead man, for G&R.The rest of the band, all of them perform at their very, very, best. G&R "Use Your Illustion I & II", are 2 of the greatest hard-rocking concerts, you'll ever see.This concert dvd, along with the companion dvd (Illusion II) are PURE HARD-ROCKING CLASSIC CONCERT DVDS, AT THEIR VERY BEST!!!The line-up:W. And haters will hate.Let's just enjoy them while we still can.Guns N' Fuckin' Roses.

I purchased both dvd's; the Use Your Illusion I and II. When I saw these I had to have them! I remember watching these videos with my friends when I was in high school. We were all big G'n'R fans, and that was right after these videos came out. They certainly bring back memories of those days. These videos don't disappoint! Lots of action from Axl, Slash and crew. Most of their big hits are here along with a few others. I especially like 'Estranged.' This concert dvd is the next best thing to actually being there...thumbs up!!

i didnt like the guy that sings in the dvd i believe the rest of the band is great

I just realized how big Guns N' Roses were huge back then, and I was only a teenager during that time who didn't like this type of music, but after I heard their number one hits on youtube, I had to watch their concert, and I was not dissapointed at all. Very good concert, and the quality of the video is great! I wish they were still together and would go to their concert if they ever decide to reunite, which I doubt.....But you should get this video before it's too late.
