Adept No More Leaks Shower and Bath Sealing Kit (4.0m)

Simple to install and an extra defense against leaks. Can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t use it.

Never had any problems around bathtub after it was fitted 2 years ago, works great and fit for purpose! Will also use it for shower tray as well! Very sticky, make sure to attach it right first time!

After receiving the waterproof sealing kit, it looked decent product. Carefully followed the instructions and installed the waterproof sealing kit.But after few months later the sealing tap started to lift off from the bath side and started to leak water through!After paying quite bit of money for the product which didn’t even last 6 months!I had to spend more time to remove the waterproof sealing kit and spend more money to purchase more sealants in order to fix the leak!Very disappointed with the quality of the product 😔

So far it has done the job but as for easy to use, I struggled, once the stick to anything or itself you can’t prize it apart, I would recommend this product as its certainly working

Used this as a third layer of leak protection for a newly installed shower and after seeing loads of videos on YouTube and reading various reviews thought I'd give it a go.Have to say, it's relatively easy to install, but the adhesive doesn't stick as well as I would have expected to the shower base. It was fine on the wall though. So, once tiled over not certain how it will perform if it's called upon.All I can say is thank goodness for silicone sealant as my second barrier.

Another reviewer compared this to the nass boards tape. Whilst it is very similar, the difference is this has a small section of backing you can peel off which makes it easier to apply over a shower tray.My plumber was extremely reluctant to use this and I have no idea why. He ended up using a small section to hide a void above the tray. Without this stuff 100pc we'd have leaks and I wish he'd used it all the way around. It was easy enough to use when popped in the fridge for a day

As a keen DIYer I bought this when fitted a new shower tray. I was sick of leaks getting behind the tiles and bought this to seal between the tray and behind the tiles. It’s a fantastic product and really easy to fit. I used an alcohol wipe to ensure a good seal and it stuck perfectly to the tray and the Aquaboard liner. If it stops any leaks I will be a happy chap, but as far as fitment goes I can’t fault it. 👍🏼
