We have this hanging on fence post in yard, can read it from the house. It's accurate.

Does the job pretty well It doesn’t fit the bracket very well though so a little difficult to remove for dumping For that reason it’s a little over priced

Love the screw off bottom, I wish they had done it sooner. These gauges are great for seeing how much we got without going out. I have used them for decades and I only need to replace them because I leave them out to measure rain in the winter during dry years/mild winters.

Simple, not much to break, easy to read - just what I had in mind.I can see it from my bedroom without squinting, which is all I need.

large numbers and high visibility nice

This gauge is very large. It is well made and works perfectly.

Look, just select a UV- resistant plastic for the collector. I can deal with the faded numbers, but I can’t fix what’s broken. 2-year lifetime, max.Perhaps the red/orange plastic collector will last longer.

This gauge exceeded our expectations because of the clear and easy to read lettering and colour.

The yellow lines and numbers fade quite a bit after the first year making it a little harder to read from a distance .
