Splattered a liberal amount and it was dry within 2 hours and did not separate or pool oddly. It is very black and also very matte. In my opinion, it is of better quality than Winsor and Newton's drawig ink. The bottel isnt as cool though, but it does have a wide mouth.

Makes for wonderful sketches and better than using an octopus.

High quality ink that is a nice solid black and the flow is consistent. The smart bottle design keeps you from knocking it over.

I’m using this ink for copperplate calligraphy with dip pen and it’s just as you’d expect from Kuretake brand: great performance and high quality product. The edges of the mark it leaves are crisp and clean and the ink is super, solidly black. Will buy again when I’m out!

This is a great ink for illustrators and cartoonists, the only problem being that it is relatively expensive to buy in small bottles like this. It is not waterproof, but it offers a rich, deep black that is matte. With a dip pen it works really well on every paper, ranging from Strathmore 500 right down to papers that usually feather (e.g., Strathmore 300). The bottles are exactly the right shape for dip pens, so save them once they are empty. You won't be sorry if you buy this, but I'd also look at sumi inks in larger bottles to bring down the prize per ounce.

Me and my spouse do art for work, and this ink is amazing to work with. It flows so well on the paper. It is very deep Black. Only draw back is that it dries fast on the nib, and can “gum-up” like acrylic paint does when it dries on brushes.

Water-proof, erase resistant. A beautiful deep dark black. Easy to clean still. I used it for multiple projects using dip pens and paint brushes.

I'm no expert on inks so I can't say if it's particularly better than others, but it's worked with my feather pen! Make sure to wipe off around the edges of the bottle before you put the lid on though or else you'll effectively glue the darn container shut...

Excellent ink, glad I could find it in Canada, especially at a decent price. I use it in mixed media with watercolor, Posca pens, acrylic, gouache, others, and it cooperates perfectly with all (as long as it has been allowed to fully dry).

This ink is nice for drawing Manga and Neither water-pots nor Copic markers it is very good and Strong And potentially erased I recommend it

専用に作られだけあってクオリティは素晴らしいです。描いてて手で引っ張ることも少なくすぐ乾く。 逆に乾きが速いのでつけペンにたくさんつけても固まって描けなくなってしまいボソボソとインクカスが出る。 とても良いインクだけど手入れのことも考えた時の面倒など総合して星4です。 作ってくれてありがとうございます。
