how many microphones are build into this device? anyone know? a version by anker has six!

I had a faulty one (which was replaced promptly by the seller). They told me not to bother sending the old one back so I took it apart. There appears to be a single microphone inside as shown on the video. we use it in a small office with two people on zoom and it works brilliantly

Is it compatible with Bluetooth hearing aids

It is a usb microphone that transmits sound via the usb connector. This is all it does and it does it very well. There is no Bluetooth connection within the device - the only output is the usb connection. One could probably direct the usb output to a blue tooth signal via a computer or other dedicated device.
