So far loving the machine and works great for my father.

Beware. The machine didn’t work as expected and the seller refused to give a full refund.

Did a great job cleaning our shop floor. Highly recommend this machine. Would buy it again.

Works very well and is simple to operate. Used it on travertine tile and made it shine. Removed grout haze that was impossible to remove with a mop. This machine is quality built. The only problem I can complain of is the wheels have hex head bolts holding the wheels on. The hex heads gouge wood and other surfaces when you bump against them. Should have rounded heads or plastic caps to prevent this.

In the purchase process, the option to insure the product is not offered, which is not satisfactory considering the type and value of the equipment. Additionally, the purchase does not allow returns and communication with the supplier has not been adequate or timely

La máquina trabaja muy bien pero yo me equivoqué y pedí una con cable y quiero una con batería y que se pueda cargar y se pueda trabajar sin cable

Exactly what I needed to clean my shop floor. You will need an adapter for the plug in, see picture. The length of the overall cord will disappoint you. A drop cord reel is still needed.
