Handy Tape Measure
This is a very handy tap measure. I love the retractable function.It is indeed very light and sensitive and is meant for occasional non-professional use. If you are in a professional setting, please consider something more heavy duty.

It was fine until it BROKE
Its a tape measure. It has one job, which it did until it broke maybe after....10 times using it? The retractable mechanism broke and the thing would not wind up properly. The price was right but what good is it if it doesn't retract? Thankfully, Amazon gave me a full refund. Just don't bother buying it, get something else.

Lousy Retractor
Retractor broke the first time I pulled it out, so I cut it off (and, no, I didn't yank on it). The tape itself is durable and narrow, so fine for measuring more delicate/smaller things. Having a working retractor would have kept it tidy in my sewing box though.
