Star Wars: The Clone Wars: The Official Collector's Edition Book

Bought this for my brother he really liked it

It was a great product but it wasn’t the one I wanted

Love the book, and have already had it autographed by Ashley, Matt, James Arnold, and Anna. Only drawback is the number of pages for a book covering a seven season series compared to the Rebels book having over twice the content for a four season series.

There are a lot of pictures and behind the scenes information. However, the information on the episodes is skimpy. Some episodes are just grouped with a few paragraphs of detail. I was hoping for more detailed information on the episodes and in depth character descriptions. This is something of a disappointment.

This book is great quality and the content is so good. Perfect for fans of The Clone Wars

Summary of episodes and some behind the scenes info. Not very long

I was hoping this book would have way more concept art and behind the scenes details on the making of the show. Most of the book is just an episode guide (some episodes are skipped though) with stills and frames from the show. Not a whole lot of new information or insight behind the episodes, just a summary of what happens.At the end there are some interviews with the creators of the show, as well as a few pieces of concept art and character design. That I found interesting, but it was just a tiny fraction of the book. I was hoping for something more similar to The Art of the Clone Wars that came out over a decade ago and is now 500$ on ebay. Sadly, this book simply cannot compare in terms of content.I don't recommend purchasing this if you are a hardcore Clone Wars fan. It won't give you any new info, and while the pictures are nice, the older version of the episode guide can easily suffice and is over half the price of this.

The book arrived with corners torn and smashed in. Amazon sent a replacement with the same damages.Shipping aside, the binding is extremely poor, see photo.Even worse, the book is littered with typos. See attached photos. The back cover features a butchered quote from George Lucas. I also found another page that reads "Ob-Wan" instead of Obi-Wan. Errors like these are unacceptable for an official Star Wars book.These errors aside, the book is extremely light on content, and it offers very little insight into the Clone Wars series and episode breakdowns.I returned both the original and the replacement to Amazon. As a fan, I'm very disappointed.

Another disappointment from Titan. I really wish Disney would partner with Darkhorse instead who have actual quality standards for production and content. This 'hardcover' book is would be kids dollar store book quality level at best. Further the inner part was not straight when they glued to the outer-cover, the spine is twisted and the back cover sticks out more than the front cover.Content of the book is meh at best. Basically just an episode by episode one paragraph summary with stills from the show and a few concept pieces sprinkled in. Some "trivia" snippets and notable battles listed, but again a sentence at best instead of any real depth. You'll find far more in depth and useful content on Wookipedia and other sites both for characters, art and actual details of the story arc.

If you were in to the clone wars then this is a great book with plenty of details about all 7 seasons

Als langjähriger Fan der Serie wollte ich etwas nach Staffel 7 haben, um mich weiterhin damit zu beschäftigen - und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht.Nicht nur Konzeptzeichnungen, sondern auch Berichte und ein Episodenguide ist enthalten. Viel mehr kann man eigentlich nicht von so einem schmalen Magazin erwarten!
