"The Chest and Arms Workout Plan" by Dale L. Roberts is an excellent book on the basics of weightlifting techniques pertinent to building up the chest and arms. There are instructive full color pictures and descriptions of exercises; such as, the bench press push-up, the lying pullover, dips, the inclined pushup and the DP squat concentrated curl.A strength of the presentation is that the author depicts correct positioning with full color pictures and very detailed instructions. At the beginning of the book, the author has checklists of preferred exercises for developing the chest and arms.Overall, the presentation is easy to read, understand and replicate in the gym. At the current price, the book is an important acquisition for your personal fitness library.

Not worth the time to read it.
I have been working out for 30 years and this, for me was a waste of my time. I thought their might be something in there to give my arms that extra bit of juice. there was nothing special about this book. There are a ton of websites out their giving better, more thorough and well thought out information for free.

Eh, I kinda feel like this was a lot less informative than I was wanting, It has some decent beggining information but you can probably find some better plans online.

It's perfect the workout routines pushed me haven't felt like this in a long time amazing results feel strong and in shape. Whish there was more books like these loved the push-ups especially, got my arms toned and my chest stronger.

Hai everyone..!👋If you are a regular goer,then probably you already knows all the workouts which is specified in this book.!👎I cant even find a single workout which is unique in this book.👎If you are a newbie to the gym then may be this be heplful for you.!👍The most important thing i love about this book is the sets and timing we need to follow in every workouts that most of us really dont know.👌We can finish the book in a single sit itself and i didnt feel this as intresting.!👎If you are a beginer then grab your copy or else dont waste your time..!
