Shot Scope G3 Golf GPS

I've used this for several games this last summer. It sometimes was a little finicky getting started on the first hole, but once connected, it just works. It's not going to keep my score, suggest which club or make me a sandwich, but it does give me pretty accurate distances without fuss or bother. It tracked well from hole to hole and when compared to other golfers' devices, it was accurate. Again, no fuss or bother. Just step up to the ball, look at my wrist and instantly saw the distance to the green. Didn't have to push buttons, scroll or shake. Display was always available. I liked it!! If all you want is to know the distances, this will work for you. If you want something that will track your club usage, track puts and keep your score, then get a more complicated device. I want the simplicity of this device.

Poor distance. Freezes on holes. Poor ease of use

Worked well at start but now it reverts to one yardage on all holes 999 and other numbers on front of green and back of green tgere is a 24 month warrentry by the manufacturer

Purchased this device for £109.00 good value for the price, need to install shot scope app on mobile phone to register & initial set up,easily done. Used at my home club, connects to satellite fairly quickly, easy to use during a Round,gives accurate information.Display clarity is good, strap fits ok,charger is a clip on device, works ok. Pleased with purchase, would recommend.

I've had previous golf watches by Bushnell and Garmin and although they had many features I was usually unable to easily navigate the more sophisticated applications. This watch is a very accurate GPS watch with coloured face, it does not compute your score or give you any fancy stats, it shows how far it is to the pin, and hazards and that's it. That's all I want, I keep my score on the scorecard. The distances to the hazards is a great feature, telling you whether it's a water or a sand/rough hazard, as well as the distance needed to clear it. For the price it is all that I want or need.
