Small but inside has measurments
This is a great bowl for cereal or soups for you fill it to the line and that's s serving I thought my husband threw it out and went nuts but my cousin found it with the cups that's where my husband put it. Love this small bowl great for people trying to lose weight and eat the right serving

As a bariatric patient, I love measuring my portions in this bowl.

What a fantastic tool!!!
I am a bariatric patient. I have to measure everything I eat and drink to make sure I get the proper nutrients. I am able to eat almost 1/2cup of food at a time. This bowl makes it so easy to measure without needing additional measuring cups or my food scale. It’s easy to clean, durable, and dishwasher safe. I also love that it looks like any other adult friendly porcelain bowl. A lot of bariatric patients use kid bowls and utensils. I HATE that. I’m an adult. I use proper china. This bowl is fantastic!

Great bowl
This is super helpful for dieting. I did break it though soon after buying so maybe it's not that sturdy!

Easy to use & clean with a perfect look
Excellent bowls to make cooking prep easier with easy measuring. Also these are excellent for making perfect size portions for snacking. These are also pretty & easy to clean.

Great bowl - for bariatric patients and beyond
Love that it is actual porcelain. Measurement markers clear and easy to follow. Very helpful for getting portion size correct. Liked it so much, I bought 3.

Worth the expense
Pricey, but makes portioning dead easy. I do treat them nice as they were expensive - but they aren’t super delicate.

Excellent For Bariatric Patients
Extremely useful just the right size would have liked 2 to a pack for the money however the easy to use and see measuring lines are great. It’s also not made out of plastic which is a plus and the Appearance is much more grown up and nicer than a lot of the plastic ones available. Just wish they did the plates to match
