ARTISAN BISCUITS LTD Shortbread, 100 GR

Have had a repeat subscription order for a family member. Advertised quantity is lot of 3 x 100 gram packets, ie 300 grams of biscuits. It’s been brought to my attention after some deliveries that only 1 packet has been arriving. Family member didn’t know I had been ordering multiple packs because I used to order the single ones and changed to multiple as they liked them. I didn’t know the multiple ones hadn’t been arriving because I wasn’t told anything. After suspicions aroused accidentally during a conversation I ordered a multiple for delivery in my name to see what happened. I have received 1 x 100 grams after paying for 3 x 100 grams! I am not happy! Can’t get an answer!

Cheap looking , small box , i tried to return them , but I was told I had to pay postage biscuits cost £9 postage to return £5.50 , my recommendation don't buy !

A lot smaller than I had expected!!
