Very Impressed - Better results than getting a massage.
I've been using this every day for about a half hour in total. I've been rolling my hands and forearms, and holy cr*p. The difference is amazing. I've been doing stretches and such on my own, but this has been far superior. When I've gotten a massage the pain would recede for a few days until heavy computer work undid everything. So far I've not had any pain and the tightness has lessened greatly. It's totally moveable & adjustable too: so I can move it around to get every little spot without contorting my body around it. A+.

Not something I'll use very often
I find this awkward to use but it does work okay. I like it most on my hands and arms but I've used it on my feet and lower legs too. There is no way I'd pay almost seventy dollars for what it is or even half that but that's up to the person getting it. The quick start guide does a good job showing you all the ways you can use it.

Weird artifact but it works.
The media could not be loaded. My husband ride in dirt bikes and sometimes he gets arm pump, so this machine works perfect for it. He can do it by himself applying the right strength in the right spots for him.It feels and look sturdy. It is lightweight. It comes with a brochure explaining different places and the way to do it.I think this is a great devise that work. It is not electronic. My husband really likes it.

Not Good
I could not use this tool. It was painful even trying to figure out how to use it. It is adjustable--to use on different limbs, but it is very stiff and is more painful than useful.

I couldn’t use this.
This contraption has its place, but it is not for someone who is not particularly coordinated like myself.Looking at the included “quick start guide”, this should be easy to use. I can see how to do it, but I can’t physically do it.You’re supposed to be able to hold it together, with pressure, with one hand, and move it up and down your limbs. I can’t keep both pieces in my hand as I move it. I lose one side, and it opens right up.I honestly don’t know if this is solely a coordination issue, an agility issue, or if my hands are just too small. Either way, I can’t use it.Three questions were posed to me regarding this review. Is it sturdy? Is it a good value? And is it easy to use?I would say it is pretty sturdy. It’s made of fairly thick plastic. It might be easy for someone other than myself to use. As I stated previously, I do not find it easy to use at all.At $69 at the time of this writing, I do not believe this is a good value for what it is. I would say the same thing if I were able to use it effectively as well. There’s not a lot to it, and even the guide is small.Overall, I give this device two stars.

It can work, but I wish it were easier to apply more pressure
I am conflicted about this product. I was using a muscle roller before this arrived. I like that I can use this sitting in my chair or bed. In a way it is easier to use than a muscle roller, in a way it is not.It does have a lot of flexibility. You can use it on practically any body part (sometimes with a little creativity). However, it can be difficult to get the full amount of pressure (and therefore relief) that I desire. I find that I often have to hold it shut firmly and can cramp my hand in doing so. It also can be a pain to manipulate when you are trying to apply a lot of pressure. It is adjustable, and I use the bands to keep it closed. The adjustable section sometimes moves on me, and the bands come off as I am trying to use it. I also find that it doesn't quite close enough to give me the proper amount of pressure for my arms. I mostly have been using it on my legs. It gets the job done and feels amazing...but again, it is a little frustrating to manipulate and difficult to achieve the full results that I want. I wish that the open end had an adjustable latch as well.Overall, it is a cool product. I am happy that I was able to try it. However, I do not use it as often as I thought I would. It is pricey in my opinion, and it is a little difficult to use. I would not purchase this again.

Works MUCH better than I expected - really digs in to the targeted areas.
Typically, when I have muscle stress I use a tennis ball with my hand or against the wall or floor to move the ball across the muscle and try my best to "dig in". This shows the tennis balls that I've used for years to be the budget and ineffective "solution" that they are. This device simply works, and it is all rather intuitive. It really lets me dig into the muscles/tissues like no other device I've used and the relief is wonderful. It really digs into spots better than lying on the floor/against the wall with a ball or typical foam roller. After using it on my arms, I was surprised at how easy it was to adjust to my thighs (bigger than they should be), but it took on the thighs without issue. The only problem I've got is that it is large for travel, and I don't want to travel for a week or two and be without it.Excellent product.

Excellent for calves and feet
Rolflex Pro H.A.L.F. (Hands, Arms, Legs and Feet) Edition, Leverage Compression High Density Foam Roller - Deep Tissue Massager for Muscle Massage, Recovery and Myofascial Trigger Point ReleaseI have only used this on my calves and feet so far. I get lots of foot cramps and I find that this helps. I do find that working my calves actually helps with the cramps more than working my feet. I have developed golfer's elbow from weight bearing exercise and am beginning to use it on my arms as well. It's still to soon to see how well it work with my elbows.I like that it's very sturdy and compact enough that I can take it while travelling. After all, foot cramps don't only happen at home. It's also easy to adjust. It's just an all around good device and just for the relieve from foot cramps, it's totally worth the price.
