I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. If you mean to ask how to remove stored items from the bag? There is a release valve inside the suction cap to allow air to enter the bag releasing pressure and then opening the zip slide as with a regular baggie. And of course, you can vacuum the air out once again to reuse.

Q: I don’t have vacuum. Can I still use them?

You definitely can. The pump is added to remove air from the bag. It just takes some energy and time to pump it out.

Q: Will this help when you roll up a tent and it’s too bulky for the bag?

It's making the things smaller, and easy to pack and storage.
