Elite Fly MTB 550ml

Very clean and simple design.I love the cover that keeps the tip from getting dirty .

I'd like these better if the protective cap would actually stay snapped in place. They keep opening during my rides, trending them somewhat useless. They still stay cleaner than normal bottles, though.

I was too critical on my first review… but not by much. Although a good amount of dust does seep into the cover, it does stop the mud and everything from splattering all over it. However the walls of the bottle are thin and react to the temperature. When you start off with cold water and go out into the sun, the bottle shrinks/caves in. I use mine with my gravel bike so I don’t hit hard bumps. I can only imagine if the bottle stays in place on a mountain bike when the bottle caves in. It’s a good fit in tight spaces at only 7 1/2” tall. I raised it from 1 star to 2 because I was too critical of the dust but no more stars than that because of the thin material they use.

Very stoked to use this but disappointed as design is poorly. Clear spout protector was why I bought this bottle but it never closed securely and ring around top holding clear cover turns when you screw it down making it difficult to tighten. Then top separated after a month and a half of normal albeit heavy use. Very light but too expensive to be so poorly designed and tested

These bottles are very light weight and surprisingly durable even with its thin shell. On my first ride with these I hit bump on a pothole that caused one of my bottle to dislodge out of my old bottle cage and it slid about 20 feet through cement/gravel. 6 months later through normal wear and tear I can even tell which bottle it was that went through that. The only difference between this MTB version and the regular version is the spout lid cover. I’ve opted for this MTB, because I do notice on my long rides, my sprout would build up a good amount of debris so I wanted a more sanitary protection. If you don’t fancy the lid, you can remove it. If you pair these up with their Elite Carbon cages, the bottle fits perfectly in. You don’t have to worry about it falling off, but it does take quite of bit of strength to take it out, hence all the scratched up bottle logos you see in my pictures. It looks pretty much like the the bottle that fell out and slid on the ground. Due to the bottle elasticity it’s quite easy to squeeze the water out of the spout. These have also become my bottle of choice for the gym and short runs.Negatives: The bottle gets scratched up pretty easily, BUT tools aren’t meant to be pristine.

Ligera y agradable de usar porque es muy flexible. Se araña enseguida pero en mountain bike es parte del oficio.

Sehr gute Trinkflasche mit Deckel. Ich benutze drei Flaschen am Gravelbike. Eine ist unter dem Unterrohr wo sehr viel Dreck landet. Dort macht der Deckel richtig Sinn. Bei meiner „Hauptflasche“ habe ich den Deckel entfernt um schneller zugreifen zu können. Der Deckel lässt sich jederzeit wieder anbringen.

Kupiłem aż dwa, ponieważ mam mały trójkąt ramy w moim hardtail. Trzymają je koszyki Custom Rade Plus i nie wypadają mi bidony podczas ostrej jazdy i zjazdów. Polecam szczególnie, że nie muszę pić picia razem z błotem. :)
