Does this fit the Brow Duality stick?

The Anastasia does NOT fit the Anastasia Brow Duality or the Anastasia Brow Primer which is very frustrating so I wasted my money! The sharpener that fits both and that is amazing is the Lise Watier sharpener. That's the one you want to buy.

Does this sharpen the eye brow pencil to a “point”?? Most only sharpens to a short rounded tip. I need a pointy tip
