BCB Adventure Fire Dragon Gel Fuel

No toxic fumes like hexamine tablets . Seems better to carry than liquid methyl alcohol. It burns off too fast in a wide pan like in BCB Crusader canteen cup stove. Burned slower, more efficiently in narrower FireDragon Multi-Fuel Cooker folding stove. I like the fuel. My favorite. The 7 oz. bottle is pretty small. It's too expensive. Can burn up $2 fuel for a cup of coffee. So, won't be buying anymore.

This gel fuel is safer than liquid fuel, especially when used for fondue on a dinning table.Easy use, no smell, perfect.

Arrived in a plastic bag w/cap secure..Used in 4 different stoves with good results..The smaller bottle takes up less room in my ruck. Works just as good as the gel cubes

Looks ok. But cap was loose. Leaked 1 or 2 oz. They packed the bottle in a plastic bag, which contained the leak. I think this must happen enough for the forethought of the bag. All in all ok for what it is

Worked great in the BCB Crusader. For the first use, I filled the crucible close to the top, filled the cup to .5 ml of water. Used a ferro rod to strike. Brought to boil in about five minutes. Placed a second order to get another bottle to have on hand.Burned pretty clean.I highly recommend this product.

I bought two 200-ml bottles (not 250 ml as advertised), which have safety lids you must twist while pushing down. One of them would not open no matter how hard or long I tried. The other opened easily, though it had already leaked out over the bottle before I got it. As noted by other reviewers, both were well wrapped in plastic, as if in anticipation of leaks. I'm very disappointed, and would not even consider buying this product again.

We use it in a dish for a fondue set.For the amount we use it lasts about 30 minutes just long enough for us to finish our meal and keep the cheese nice and warm.
