Great for proofing/rising of bread and pizza dough
These work fantastic for proofing pizza dough and bread dough. The 2 quart is just about perfect for the pizza dough recipe I use... but it may be too small for most batch bread doughs. The 4 quart is bigger than I need for my pizza dough, but it'll be good to have around the kitchen for lots of general food storage - like marinating meats, soaking veggies, etc. I wish they sold a 3 quart version of this - it would be perfect for my needs! They washed really well on the top rack of the dishwasher. And they nest to store.

Missing lids
The containers are great but if you need lids, then it’s false advertising as it clearly says the containers come with lids.
