I like yupoong hats the hat is comfortable and it looks nice what i didn’t like is that it was shipped in a bag and the hat came in all smashed and wrinkled that i did not like you would think the seller would think of sending a hat in a box and not a bag.

Crushed/distorted during shipping
The item was shipped in a bag and resulted in the bill and crown being bent and permanently distorted. Shipping the item in a bag puts it at risk to damage. Good product and hat design just wish I didn’t receive it crushed.
