The product itself has worked well. Strong, sturdy. The screws that came with the heavy duty closet rod holder were beyond horrible. I would cut more stars if I didn't already have ones that fit and worked at home. If I had to go out to purchase would have been down a star or two. Could only find plastic ones at the store that already cracked, hence why ordered this. Two seconds into project the screws stripped -way too easily even with starting the hole to screw into wood. The rod holder though is sturdy and holding up the heavy winter coats without being on the floor. Make sure have better screws before start the project or replacing or hanging.

Sure, the supports are great quality- beefy and well made. But when all is nearly done, the last holes drilled, the anchors inserted, and the screws about to be driven home- that's when it all fell apart because the screws don't match the anchors. They are too big. The anchor starts turning, and in just seconds, the installation that was going so well...gets ugly.Done-in at the last step thanks to poor practices (specing, buying, packing, etc) at Nexulas. I can't recommend their products.
