Don't know How well it works -- haven't tried it yet. Package only contained 4 syringes, not the five in the ad.

I got this along with the lumeeno kit, the gel helped me with my gums.I use the same trays, and helps.

I had no idea these could work so quickly. I was stupid and bought some 44% teeth whitening gel. After about 10 seconds my entire mouth was burning! My gums were on fire and every tooth felt like the nerves were completely exposed. I was actually in tears it hurt so much!I rinsed the gel off of my teeth but I was still in incredible pain and then I remembered that I had just received these earlier that day. I got the package (still crying!) put the gel in my trays and as soon as I put the trays on my teeth the pain immediately started to dissipate. Within 30 seconds, the pain was gone. I kept wearing the gel for about another 10 minutes because I figured that I would still have some severe sensitivity of I didn't leave it on for a bit. Once I took the gel off, I was fine...No issues at all! I HIGHLY recommend this stuff...seriously!
