What a breeze. Holder easy to install. Four screws. -- that's it. Very sturdy. Flag and pole work great ... no tangles even in wind. Looks great and adjustable holder very well engineered. I appreciate the fact the holder is metal not plastic -- should last for years. Highly recommend.

I've bought many flag poles over the past two years but none of them compare to this one. I bought two, one for my US flag and one for my Gadsden. They are very well constructed and well engineered. As long as your flag fits in the top half it will spin freely and never tangle. A little pricey but worth it. I've been using them for a week and not a single wrapped up flag. Good product.

This 6 foot flag pole highly exceeded all of my expectations. I absolutely love the fact that the top part spins. My flag will never become tangled again! The top and bottom pieces thread together. The top has a spinning action while the bottom is fixed. The top grommet clip rotates with the shaft on its own. I think that this will save some of the flag life as well as tangling seems to wear it out. The bottom clip screws down tight with the mounting ring that came with it. It is really cool because I can pull the flag taut and then screw the mount into place. The flag looks amazing hung from this pole. The adjustable mounting clip also allows for different sized flags. Great flexibility if I want to fly my favorite teams 2 x 3 flag during footballs season (GO Colts!!!). Great design. Someone was really thinking. It is well made and feels very sturdy. And because it is aluminum, it won't rust. Also, I ordered a 3x5 American flag and the flag mount from Front Line Products. They have it all... Overall I am super excited and happy with my decision to buy this flag pole! You will be too!

Overall, I'm very pleased with this spinning flag pole. I bought it in an effort to avoid broken pole brackets due to strong, gusty winds. It is a 6-foot long, 1" diameter pole. The pole comprises two 3-foot long segments that the customer screws together. The distal segment is basically an aluminum sleeve (to which the flag is attached) that can rotate freely on bearings around a central rod. The idea is that when a flag becomes furled around the pole, gravity will tug the flag and the sleeve will rotate to allow the flag to unfurl. Generally it works as advertised- flag rarely furls to begin with, and when it does, the spinning pole almost always unfurls it. Occasionally, the rig requires a little help, especially if the breeze is weak or dies down after furling. The spinning pole also seems to allow the flag to manage strong wind better than a static pole- I have noticed less oscillation of the pole itself during intense gusts, so hopefully it will help preserve the bracket. The quality of the pole's materials and construction seem pretty good, though only time will tell if it can stand up to the elements in the long run. My only substantial concern pertains to the threaded nylon screw that connects two segments together- it seems like this could be a failure point. The flag mounting clips are handy and sturdy. The 1" diameter pole fits well into the fixed aluminum bracket on my house. Overall, recommended, if you care enough to drop $30 on a flag pole!

I've purchased several different Tangle Free Flag Pole, most were pretty good but I could NOT attach a Solar Light to the top. This 6 ft Tangle Free is by far the best of all I have purchased. When I opened the box the first thing I looked at was IF I could attach a (Globe Type) Solar Light to the top, below the Gold Globe which is threaded so it was easy to remove. I already had a Solar Disc type light to fit a 5 to 8 ft Flag Pole and was able to put in on the top of this 6 ft pole (with various attachments supplied with Solar Lite Kit) and thread the Gold Globe over it.Thank You "Front Line Tangle Free Flag Poles", great finish, versatile, Looks and Works Great!

Much better than a cheaper version I got prior to this. Doesn't get tangled in the wind and looks great.

This flagpole is light and the upper part twists so the flag never gets caught on our porch light and never rolls up on itself. It is white and lightweight so it is easy to remove and put back on the holder to use different flags. It can be used for flags which slide onto the pole or it has two hooks ...one at the top and one midway to hook flags that have a brass grommet at the top and bottom instead of a big hem to slide the pole through. Unfortunately we lost the second hook in the packaging because we did not see it. However, the Front Line Company was awesome and is sending us a new one so we can hang our new American Flag that has the brass grommets instead of a hem. We would recommend this pole and this company for the quality of the pole and the excelent customer service.

I live in a very high-wind area (along the top of a high ridge, so the wind we get is wicked and near-constant). I have several of these flag poles and they are up to the task! The spinning feature keeps the flags from tangling up, and the pole itself is sturdy enough to withstand intense weather. So far only one has ever broken, and that was because I accidentally left it out in a severe blizzard with gale-force winds. That was an extreme circumstance and I would not expect any flag pole to last in that! But for our high-winds, and even moderate rain and snow storms with winds, these poles work great. Highly recommend!
