I currently have aligners in my mouth for 22 hours a day and have to floss after every meal, this makes the process so much quicker and more hygienic to clean my teeth.It’s noisy when you turn the pressure up but not unbearable.

So far working perfect ,box was sealed ,i will update my review after feew months of using it.My comment till now that the wire is short and no tool for tongue.
