Really good fun - very pleased
Bought this for my 7 yr old for Christmas, it was in the Black Friday sale - he hadn’t asked for it, but it made a good addition to his presents and we were really pleased with how good it is. The box can be kept I’ve added a photo - it has a lock that is opened by the crowbar and then the box is opened with the crowbar all good fun. The monster toy itself is great very good quality, lights up, moves it’s wings when you squeeze the tail and make loads of great noises, but the best feature is the recording device- push the button on the belly and it records what you say and plays it back in a monster voice. My son is having lots of fun recording is all and playing it back. Very pleased. It takes 3 AA batteries and although it comes with batteries inside I would have some spare as the demo batteries don’t last long.

Enjoyable gross-out humor.
The kids seem to love this thing. The Unboxing experience is designed to be a big part of the toys appeal for children, and something that they will want to do over an over. The idea is that this is a small monster which has been locked in a crate. The child uses the attached 'crowbar' to first break open the padlock and then pry open the crate (both done by pushing the crowbar into the appropriate slots), upon which the monster is pushed up via the spring-loaded platform it is stood on and opens the lid.The monster itself is built well and makes lots of sounds based on the orientation it is being held in. It shouts and rumbles when you pull its tongue and its eyes light up. It spends a lot of time slurping, burping and trumping which is the most hilarious thing to my two young boys. Each comes with a piece of food which they respond to when it is pushed into their mouth, but my children have had difficulty pushing these into the monsters hands securely, and have quickly become lost. The toy is good, and I feel the ability to release the monster from its crate over and over again has added a lot of mileage to something which would have otherwise been buried in the toy box.

Avoid. Waste of money and kids never play with it
Far to expensive for what it is. It made noise for a few weeks then gave up. Kids lost interest after a few mins because it does nothing.

Grandson loves it.
Just bought this but my four year old grandson loves it. I have never seen him laugh so much about a toy when he records something . He loves the crate and chain and crowbar.Only had it for one day bit it has given enormous pleasure. Hopefully he will continue to enjoy it as much.

Not worth a £30 price tag
Good toy but arrived with flat batteries no instructions in english and really not worth a £30 figure more like a £10 toy. Feels robust and and sounds funny. But way too high a price tag
