This is a great item but with a Pop socket it doesn't hold very well especially on a slightly bumpy road....my phones Falls. Pop socket off so far it doesn't fall but the Hassel of taking the poo socket on and off is a headache

Work at a Fire Department and we use these mounts to hold our ipads in our trucks. So far they have worked great and been using them for about a year. Every once in a while the suction cup will lose its grip and fall off but honestly thats to be expected with suction cup. Just clean the suction cup and reattached to clean flat surface and good to go. The mount has several ways to position the tablet which is why we choose this one due to the different placement and positions of all of our trucks.

I bought this hoping it would fit inside the dash console of my Sprinter Van. It didn't, which is not the sellers issue. I did find the unit unstable as far as my 7" GPS vibrating going down the road. The adjustable pad which comes with the unit to help stabilize the extended arm would have to be glued to the dash to be effective. It has the greatest articulated reach of the units I looked at but that reach is why it vibrates so much. Its plastic and appears rather fragile. The suction pad is among the best I've seen but the entire unit fell off the dash while I was in the store GPS and all, and that was sitting horizontally on top of the dash. I expect it would adhere better to glass, but disappointing none the less. Expensive for what it is and does. I found a cheaper simpler alternative but decided to keep it anyway as a back up because it does get the unit with in range of the bifocales. My overall opinion...keep looking for something else.

it arrived on time, the looks of it is good, and it sticks good to my car dash good so far, but for the price it made of cheap hallow plastic, and when you drive its bouncy and noisy , the extension leaver also very loud when you push it down, if the road is rough while driving between bouncing and noise you can’t see a thing on the maps. and if your device is not set tight enough it can come off.the only reason made me keep it is that the length of the ergonomic arm, which comes close to me, and i don’t have to bend to reach my device.

just what I was looking for

Simply put, this Trucker Tough Tablet Mount Holder works as advertised. Used it attached to the windshield and had it hung down and supported with a couple of foam blocks on the dash (behind and under the arm and mount) and so minimized the "going down the road' shaking noted by some other reviews. Stayed in place the entire trip and was actually a tad difficult to remove for storage until the next run.

Haven't used it yet, but I'm going to use it for my tablet. I thought that it would be a little bit better made, stronger I guess. Not made completely out of plastic. So we'll see how it works once I get it set up.

I've had 3 of these and the suction cups harden and crack after just one summer here in the Florida sun and falls off the windshield, taking the tablet with it. Also on one unit the clamping mechanism stripped, again taking the tablet to the floor.

I expected at least some of this to be metal, particularly at the joints. Nope, all plastic. Already cracked up. Go commercial if you're serious.

seems pretty robust thought the arm seems a little flimsy time will tell on that. the base has great adhesion really had to work to get it off my dash to reposition it. barely fit my ipad 2 in its case but it did fit.

Excellent suction but the arm is not very solid my tablet has movement the whole time while driving I'm driving a Transport truck tho.
