Fragrant and long lasting after taste
I used this one in moka pot and every single time my home smells like a sweet Carmel note coffee. But in taste where it shows the magic, medium roast beans exert a good balance of bitter and sweet Carmel. Good product

Good taste, nice flavor
I am using this French roast from Blue Tokai for last 2/3 years and I am really enjoying it. It has a good bitter taste, and great aroma.

Best coffee
I have been drinking this since 1 year it's worth it, all the other coffee lavazza and all the other brands suck they have chicory mixed in them so that's why you get them for so cheap. The quality of this coffee is the best, I have tired so many other brands, Blue tokai has 100% coffee that's is why it's so expensive. 100% worth the price!

Great aroma, perfect roasting, awesome French press grind very fresh.I am super picky and love my dark roast, they have upgraded their product in many ways including packagingIt’s pretty close to Starbucks profile yet little sweeter which I think is a great combinationHope this will help someone to make the decision

Too dark a roast, bitter and burnt - Good for cold brews
Did not like this roast - way too dark for my taste, I figure. The aroma felt off (which might be due to the extra dark roast which usually loses its freshness real quick due to the coffee bean cell-walls breaking). Sure, some people might like the pitch-black burnt essence of coffee, but I don't like the "bold" / "strong" flavor. Would take Attikan or Kalledeverapura Estate options (Medium to Medium-Dark) over this any day.PS: I did try multiple ways to make this more drinkable, which included lowering the water temperature to 185F (85C) and lowering the brew time (3min instead of 4). The flavor got noticeably better upon doing both of these things, I could get at the nutty, chocolaty hints now. However, using this for Cold-brew changed the game.Left 50g of this with 450mL room temperature water in my French press for 12hrs overnight at room temperature. Filtered out the extract the next morning to find a clear, noticeably sweeter, less ash-bitter and more chocolaty cold-brew. The only downside is, cold-brew is uneconomical, and I'd suggest getting cheaper coffee for it as the bean quality doesn't really matter.

Excellent for Dark Roast Coffee lovers
This coffee is strong and excellent for dark roast coffee lovers. However my personal favorite is Blue Tokai's Venetian Dark Roast which I find is more flavorful.
