It is an oil filter, and works as advertised
Fits a 1991 Honda Acty, and does what it says on the tin. Cheaper than a Napa gold equivalent obtained at the local store. Old one was difficult to remove with some conventional oil filter tools since it’s so small, but a little ingenuity coaxed it loose. Overall no complaints.
