Installed them to replace my daytime running lights on my Silverado. Install was easy (it is a light bulb after all). They were very bright and definitely much more noticeable than the original filament bulbs. However, after only three days, I noticed some flickering coming from the lights. I first noticed it on the reflection on the car in front of me, but was confirmed when I actually looked at them. Not only were some of the LEDs flickering, some were even dead. Checked the voltage on the harness, it's good to go.So I checked them on a calibrated bench top powersupply and even then, after being on a few minutes, did they start to flicker and some sections went out. For those that are wondering, at 12VDC, they'll draw .42A. Was hoping that a more expensive set of bulbs would be of better quality....--- UPDATE ----Upgrading to two stars, solely on customer service. I was promptly refunded however was explained that I probably shouldn't use them as DRLs. Well, then if your LEDs can't withstand being constantly on, then you should mention it in the description. They did recommend a different higher lumen model for DRL. Surprise, they're more expensive than these....

Like most of the other reviews indicate, these lights are bright and have a cool-white color. Unlike most of the other reviews, I use these lights in my landscaping fixtures.The only problem I've noticed is that they have a slight "hyper" or "rapid-flash" to them. I didn't notice it at first, not until I saw the light reflecting off of a white polishing cloth I had in my hand. If you get a white colored shirt or rag near the light, you can see a very fast strobe affect.I've heard you can buy load resistors to reduce or eliminate this affect. Just something to keep in mind before you buy these.

These perform perfectly. Nice and bright. A better price than the auto store (who might not have them), a good investment overall. My husband installed them in our 95 GMC Sierra, a truck that, with factory lights, is not very bright. When he put these in, they were amazing! He updated all the lights on this pick-up, front and back, and added a couple of thin light strips to make sure people see the brake lights.Would definitely recommend this product.

Although they make a nice white color they cause my blinkers to hyper flash twice the speed of normal so you will definitely need a resistor installed if you plan on using these for turn signals/ tail lamp bulbs. The bulbs themselves seem to be good bulbs of decent quality and put out a nice color but beware you will need the resistors yes

Well I must say that these are bright for back up lights. I have been testing another Amazon brand and think these are better for this apucation. Bought Sept 2016 and was just asked where I purchased them as recently as last night. Which is why I am looking em up this morning and leaving this 5star review now. Great Product!

Installed these on my Equinox 2011 - and so far working just fine. I think it is little less brighter than my the Philips replacement I had brought - looking at it side by side, but little if that.Also, initially, the fast blink was happening (like right after). I think GM circuitry might require a few ignition cycles, becuase the very next day, it was gone. It has been a few days now, and it appears to be working. I have a 2 bulb set, and I only used one - the other side is using Philips replacement.I replaced both sides, not too long ago - i am thinking the driver side might have a bigger issue to have died so soon - but the bulb was legimately dead. what would be super cool, is if this bulb fights whatever might be going on - just by virtue of being LED and theoretically a longer life!About me, as a reviewer - I am hardcore researcher. I am always looking for stuff I am an engineer my self, with a background in medicine too. I studied electrical engineering at an ivy tier school along with biomedical engineering. my dad is a quality engineer and wife a doctor. so a know a lot about many things. these guys have pretty good attention to detail and a lot of thought. i usually by very top notch stuff, after hours of research. yet even after that, sometimes, stuff does not give great outcomes. i have seen a huge variance with companies when that happens.Please note: i got a discount on this in exchange for an honest review. my honest review is favorable.With that - I cannot comment on pricing. I know some people are very frugal and pricing on items fluctuates, especially on amazon. So the question of "worth the money" is not one I can answer, considering that when you go to buy it, it could be way more and there could be cheaper alternatives. It's just the nature of how Amazon allows other sellers to sell this, and change prices, when primary sellers are out.

Installed on my ford e350 passener van , much much better..very bright, im a happy guy over here. Bulbs make reversing easier.
