APCC 3/8" x 100 FT. Shock Cord - BLK

I have been using bungee cord for a long time and if your looking for a , high resistant, quality cord, this is one of them. It's a 3/8" diameter cord. Compared to a 3/8" cord I previously purchased from a local seller, it is pretty close to a heavy duty bungee chord I have been looking for. Iv used bungee cord for various uses in the industrial field and have always looked for a quality cord that lasts. Things to look for is the resistance strength and the type of threading. The tighter the threading the more resistant and more durable the cord is. Pictured I have two cards displayed. The older looking, dirty cord, I have purchased from a local dealer, and have been using it for over two years. The cord still has the same resistance from when I bought it. THIS new cord has slightly less threading and slightly (not by much) less resistant. I will try out this new cord and see how it does in the field with durability, strength and time. So far I haven't found a solid standard for bungees chord (shock cord) on its tensile strength, Lbs of resistant, but I don't feel how far a bungee chord stretches is its determination of quality. Usually it's the least resistance that will stretch the furthest and loses elasticity the fastest. But like the Walmart, home depot, Lowe's, precut bungee chord. You can see the threading will not be as tight as this item and also with the precut, it's easy to stretch (with your bare hands) to it's max. THIS chord definitely takes effort with your bare hands to get to it's max.

Used it to replace jump sport bungee cords - a higher quality replacement, and looks the same.A lot more actual elastic cords inside than the jump sport cords, so I expect it to last longer. A better/ finer texture on the outside as well, compared the the other bungee cords I tried that were also available on Amazon (although those had thicker elastic stranges inside,there were also a lot less of them, and the texture on the outside was very large threads that started to wear quickly))

Used for a child's critter cage I made. The tension from these cords is significant, my hope is they will retain the tension while stretched. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the sheathing does fray if you are not careful

Used it to repair our indoor trampoline for our 8 year old. She's back to bouncing! Great product👍, though we have many feet of "leftover" cord. Would prefer to purchase a "shorter amount."

My wife and I own a kid's fitness place and we have a baby trampoline which has elastic cord instead of springs. I think it's a safety thing to prevent pinches. Great design until some 200 pound parent thinks it's cute to jump on it...We got tired of buying trampolines and replaced the original elastic with this instead. It's much higher quality than the original, and we have a name brand Galt trampoline! I'm excited that we have a lifetime supply of bungee to fix it with now!

we bought this to replace our bungee cords on our trampoline that had broken. nomally you have to buy a lesser quality cord. this one, however, works perfect! I was able to replace all of our cords with no hassle. i know these will last and now i don't have to spend a ton of money on bungee sets that will just break. I can just cut another paice and replace.

I have a boat and needed new shock cord for my 231 Mako cover. I did a lot of research, and this product is awesome. It has retained it's original size and strenght, even being subjected to the salt water and salt air of Florida. I use this for anything that I need shock cord for. It's the perfect strength for any situation.

Lottsa bungee chord. A whole lotta chord. If you need a lot of bungee chord for fairly cheap, this is definitely your product. It's very good quality, and I've had it on the motorcycle for a couple years, but there's no way I'm ever going to use this much bungee cord; yet it was cheaper to buy this spool than to buy 10 feet of something else.
