Enjoying it
Good price and easy to install, enjoy using it, Bought seperate auto/timer/controller to turn on/off unit. Recommend it to a friend.

poor performance
The implied performance of this towel warmer is very deceptive. The only specifications provided are a temperature of 145 - 154 degrees. In reality the towels only warm to 82 degrees. Amba obviously avoids including this detail in the specs because no one would buy the rack. Customer service is non-existing.
