Can this be used on a wood stove flue pipi?

Absolutely not! This tape smoked, sizzled and fell off the wood stove flue within 20 minutes after the fire started. The black costing just wipes off in your hand after the tape gets warm. This is total junk

Are positive this can be used on wood stove flue pipe to help seal the joints?

I used it on my wood stove flue pipe where it connects to the wood stove about three weeks ago. It works great and no problems. It seems to standup to the heat well without any degradation or burning.

Could this be used on the bottom of my motorcycle seat to block some of the heat coming off the engine & exhaust?

It is a metallic tape but it’s very thin. I used it on the exterior of an oven and the heat does not effect the tape. I don’t know if it would block heat penetrating through the seat but it would probably protect the fabric.
