My wife is a pepper freak. This is the only thing she's ever used that she says is almost too hot. The peppers grind very nicely into a fine masochistic dust of burning delight. Get some good quality dried peppers and torture yourself to your heart's content.

A significant amount of twisting is required to produce a small amount of ground peppers.

Great grinder for dried chillies.Struggles a bit with reapers and othe large sizes, works better if you break these up.Suggest gloves so you don't get some in your eye ... like I did.Ideal for smaller piri piri chillies.
