Q: I can’t seem to take links out. The enclosed tool doesn’t work to push pin out and the instructions make no sense. How do I make the band smaller?

The links that are removable are next to the clasp on either side. If you look closely on the inside of the band you will see arrows telling you which direction the pins are to be pushed. However, the removal tool sucks. The push pins are very weak and brittle. I broke all of mine and didn't get it sized. So I took mine to a local jeweler and had it sized for $5.00 usd.
